Over 12 months participants build on the foundations gained through university, through practical and real project work. Learning is quick, but the support is matched, each participant is assigned a dedicated mentor.

As someone who didn't have a background in building services I was apprehensive at the knowledge gap I may have had compared to other grads when starting, but this never became an issue due to the exceptional guidance and one-on-one mentorship I received from day one. Ethos also promotes great social interaction through the regular events, from paint balling to cocktail-making, which have allowed me to build stronger relationships across the organisation.
